I am enjoying a delightful meal at Ole’s Waffle Shop with the one and only Donald X Vaccarino, designer of Spiel des Jahres winners Kingdom Builder and Dominion. We are midway through our repast, lounging in the booth, recollecting about the early days of Dominion design.
I am currently driving through Alameda, California with the legendary designer of Dominion, Donald X Vaccarino. We are in search of Ole’s Waffle Shop, a fixture here since 1927. To be fair, we found Ole’s without problem. Now we are searching for parking.
